Taking the gospel into the prisons is a very important phase of the Mission of the Shekinah Glory Family Care Ministries. We have been commissioned to: Preach the gospel to the poor, recover sight to the blind, set at liberty those that are bruised, set the captives free. There is ‘freedom’ behind bars for “whom the Son has set free, is free indeed.” John 8:36. We currently serve at 12 different prisons, both State and Federal ministering salvation, restoration and deliverance to the inmates, including praying for those desiring prayer.
The Shekinah Glory Family Care Ministry’ Men’s Ministry exists to help men build relationships with each other and with Christ and to provide opportunities for service in our church and community. The vision of the Men’s Ministry is to lead men to know Christ as their personal Savior and to be disciplined into a deeper relationship with Him.
The mission of the Shekinah Glory Family Care Ministry’ Men’s Ministry is to grow strong men of God in our church, our community, and our world by reaching out to men within our church walls as well as in our community with the message of Jesus Christ.
